The OP is right! What an amazing home loss today! We are only going to get better and there is no way teams like OU will improve at all! I think today showed that Josh will win 25 games this year and stick it to all the negative nellies! All the way to state! Yay!

Exactly, it's like saying all the teams we lose early to will not get better, just us!! An L is an L and a W is a W.. Did not watch it just saw it on the ticker.. I do see we have some real hard games coming up- 6 of the next 7 are cupcakes.. If he doesn't come away at least 7-2 thru the 1st 9 games I don't know what to tell ya!!

I disagree. I have seen only one person ever say they wanted us to lose so we could get rid of Pastner. Sure, he gets ragged on a lot, and after last year by me, too. But I don't think any of those people want us to lose, they've just lost faith that he will ever get it done here.

I'm wrong a lot in my life, and the last thing I would (hopefully) do is call out people in a sanctimonious thread loaded with 'I told you so.' What that does is tell me the OP was more invested in being 'right' than in us winning.

I predicted we would lose by 25. Our team played well and proved me wrong

I'm proud of our players. Pastner owes us more.

However, we have had big wins, close losses to great teams (like Florida 2 seasons ago), and followed those up by head scratching incompetence

We have a team loaded with freshmen. A close loss against OU gives no indication as to how many wins we will have or how many NCAA wins we will have
