He padded wins against inferior teams. Beating up C-USA teams means nothing. What has he really won? What's the record against top twenty five? If he is such a great coach why do we lose so many players to transfers and lose so many coaches? There is no stability in the program. It needs a real coach with leadership skills who can motivate and get the best out of players. The ah shucks stuff has grown tiresome. Time to move on.

Is it more surprising that we lost Nichols? Or more surprising that there are a couple of posters in this thread still defending Pastner and putting it on players. That may be a level of stupid below anything I've ever witnessed. I guess a few on here would be just fine and fully supporting the program if we dropped to D2
