Not going to defend anyone here but he is 100% right. Such has happened in the past and no one gave a crap about it. No one was warned no one was suspended. All i will say is this if you are going to enforce the rule against one then do the same for everyone. He is right about one other thing. We did used to have a moderator who took advantage of their position and was abusive and used his power against those they did not agree. No problem with enforcing forum rules. Just as long as they are equally enforced across the board and not selectively enforced.

Almost every single poster that was "released" back then has been re-banned since that time. Most permanently.

I think that speaks volumes.....

And you have never been asked to moderate again. I know that speaks volumes...

This is just one public example. Most recently there have been two other mods flaunting their personal bias while on duty. One even blatantly gloating in a post after banning someone.
