There were times when D. Rose made me cuss. Freshman PG's do that a lot. You got to give them time to develop.

I'm just amazed that a thread with this title can stay on here but I posted a "welcome back" thread for the Paster complainers and the mods moved it in seconds. Glad to see our mods call it both ways.

I wondered that myself. I thought calling out fans by snarky labels was no longer allowed. As you noted, it seems the door only opens one way.

It is what it is.

Pastner is probably done here. He's a good man in a tough spot. Yet those who try to support the team during tough times are derisively called "sunshine pumpers". We see posters create threads openly wanting MEMPHIS to lose the rest of their games to insure Pastner's dismissal. That is allowed too.

Interesting.

He seems so relaxed when in reality this team needs to be exploded on. They were flat-footed against a small, quick team. It happened to them early in non-conference play against WSU and then in the 2nd half of this game as well. I was waiting for Pastner to hit a switch and inspire people with some fiery words - but it never happened.

Pastner needs a little urgency right about now - or this season (and his future in Memphis) will be over.

In 6 years that's never happened you really expect it now? I have been looking at the schedule and I think a .500 campaign is a distinct possibility

Man, it wasn't reported and likely the mods around simply didn't open it, it's not like we live to stir up hornets' nests.

If you've got a moderation issue, the AUP says PM the moderation team or report the post, and not to publicly call out the moderation team.

Having said that, this thread on title alone, belongs in smack. And so it is moved.

Thank you for that...and my apologies, but please understand my frustration. I posted a thread with a similar title a mere 30 minutes before this thread was posted and my thread was moved within a few minutes. This one stayed for two days.
