The better question is, Josh, why didn't you recognize this from the scrimmages? What did you institute that would alleviate the discrepancy in turnovers from Canada to STL to CBU...What aspects did you change then? If you didn't make changes, did you feel that merely asking the guards to take better care of the ball, the stats were just going to miraculously improve?

These attributes don't improve because you say "guy's, we gotta take better care of the ball!".....I am trying to warn everyone now! Josh is best suited as an assistant/recruiter...He is not cut-out to be a Head-coach, yet! Hell, he hasn't even gotten a technical! EVER! He's too nice...I'm sorry, but those that want to endure this agony, We can keep him on staff, still pay him the same that he's getting now....And hire Penny as the head....Damn sure don't need the money....They can work together and penny can teach the guards how to be guards...Bring in some of his buddies for some Bigman training and there you go!

I said this based on internet access and hearing the pressers that our guards are going to have to acclimate themselves into the game by being facilitators as apposed to playmakers....If we rely on the guards to be playmakers now! There is no other option but FAIL! Bring the ball up, and get it to the players that have advantages such as our stretch and small forwards and post Austin when he has a rhythm...Shaq should not get any post touches as he should be relegated to offensive rebounding and defensive positioning.

Not just one game this year for me, I've been wanting a change for the last 2 years. No team structure at all, too many blow outs, too many gimmicks, and always some kind of drama. And I did say over the last 2 years (Not just about CBU or Witch.St.).

That's a gr8 point....I have actually had high hopes for Josh, and usually look @ the other aspects pertaining to the off-court shinanigins that we are so accustomed to that no longer get cased out on a consistent basis, as well as the players graduation rates in 3 years and players coming in......But the players & team as a whole are falling into a repetitive spin cycle of mediocrity that is becoming more and more repulsive and could potentially become toxic

4 repeat 4 practices with all the players available. If you do not have the practice time to get all the players playing together you will have growing problems. Hell even King James is under 500 right now. Because the Cavs are unable to get everything together.

Weird thing is we played pretty well in two of the four games in Canada.

Crazy talk going on here today. If Penny wanted to be the coach he would BE THE COACH. No way would Josh accept a demotion to an assistant, that’s crazy too. Penny isn’t going to be the HC & Josh will not be one of his assistants.

Why is that so crazy? Because you said so? It's neither more realistic because I pondered it, nor is it any more unrealistic because you uttered it! < This = Your point??????

The point that I am stating; Is that Josh is going to be better served as someone's assistant. I think this needs to be his role for at least 4 years as he steps aside to evaluate some of the aspects of coaching that's moving to fast for him right now. The buyout is huge, we know that is an issue....So my assimilation to thwart that issue, was to hire Penny as the Head Coach, offering Josh an assistant, not violating the buyout arrangement, as Penny wouldn't put us in a negative financial circumstance. If Josh doesn't accept this arrangement. He walks, voiding any buyout clauses/arrangements due to him..

If he accepts, I know our team would flourish tremendously in recruiting and player development/advancement/ moral/ community support/sponsorships etc. etc etc...
regardless of what you think, Penny would have players producing like never before! Think Penny doesn't have a desire to win a NC? Also look at what Kevin Ollie did! Did anyone think Kevin Ollie was ready...I'm sure there were doubters as well......

Also, let me ask you!!!! What makes Josh so much more qualified to run this team that PENNY??????? Please answer

P.S. My friend, question number 2....does Penny have more or less experience coaching the Lawson's than Josh?
