First off im a die Hard Tiger Fan..Everyone knows it and I do not hide my love for OUr Tigers...I also know the AAC will get a huge Pay Raise on the Next TV deal around between 8-12 MM per team...I also know 3 names on the list of coaches who would be under consideration "IF" ASU came calling and Coach Norvell went back to Arizona State which is One job he and his wife and family would listen too Unlike HIckville KNoxville and thats a fact..Those Hillbilles up there have NO IDEA of the Rejection they will receive once again during there coaching search..Coach NOrvell wants NO Part of a Small out in Nowhere, nothing to do, Lifestyle and HIm and his Wife and family LOVE the Urabn lifestyle...But those HIllbilles can't seem to get that through their heads but then again those mountain people are that smart now are they...BUt Yes Downtown Tiger and Others are Die Hard UTK fans and We all know it..Yet they still won't come out and admit it, when its so Obvious to Everyone...#The World Is Ours Memphis....

This is going to shock people, and it shocks me too. Haven't been to Smack in a while, but he is right, IMO.

Arkansas would be a good fit for Norvell. He grew up in Arlington, so MN knows the Metroplex, and Arkansas has always recruited D/FW hard. Norvell also recruits Louisiana well. And of course MN would expect to dominate Arkansas recruiting, and would continue to recruit Memphis and Nashville hard.

And Arizona State is a huge school, 55K undergrads, in the booming Phoenix metropolitan area. The PAC 12 South is very winnable, IMO, and he wouldn't have the crazy expectations of the SEC. This is Graham's 6th year so he probably needs to close out strong.

Texas A&M seems determined to get rid of Sumlin, which I think is a mistake. Norvell would kill it there. A&M would swing for the fences first, make a pass at James Franklin. And Chad Morris at SMU would have a chance if SMU continues their turnaround this season.

TigX thank you and you are tight on..ASU didn't extend Graham's contract and if he doesn't finish Strong he is gone...Mike Norvell woul dbe on a Short Short list and has Strong INterest in the job if it ever came up...Just as he would with Arkansas for Family ties...His Staff and him has Family Ties to Arizona and he and his wife have Family ties to Arkansas..They would top his list, #truth..We would have a short list and three guys at the top would be Chip Long, Sonny Cumbie, and Billy Napier who was at Cleson under Swinney in 2009 and began that Clemson Offense, Then Alabama as WR coach after a spat with Swinney, Which they got over pretty quickly, now OC again at ASU and has a top Offense again and now really getting it going...ASU will have to Finish Strong though for Graham to stay...#The World Is Ours Memphis...
