I guess it depends on how strong his parents feel about their son playing at Miss. St.
If they’ve all but decided on Miss St. why waste your time? I don’t know. I just hope we land this kid, he’s very good.

The rumor in Arky is that Reggie Perry got $200K to switch his commitment to State. Could be just sour grapes, though.

Of the current arrests, Under Armour is involved in the case of Auburn, an Under Armour school. Also in the indictment, there is evidence of a bidding war between two un-named companies. So it isn't just Adidas. Further, there is reporting that says Nike's AAU program sponsorship is being investigated as part of this investigation too.

All the major brands are going to wind up involved in this. The reason everyone is saying it's an adidas thing is because the director of basketball marketing at adidas was specifically named in the investigation.

It's going to come down to many people not reporting vast sums of income to the IRS.
