Clyde Wade - charged with a felony - selling stolen gift cards to his teammates among others. Seems his mom worked for Goldsmith's Department store and an employee benefit was to get 1000's of dollars in free gift cards. She game them to Clyde, but he "didn't know they were stolen" However, he sold them at half price to his teammates. True, the charges were dropped, but that was after he agreed to cooperate with the prosecution.

FWIW, a Federal indictment is not a conviction and he is innocent until proven otherwise. Then again, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck....
