Phil Longa 48 yr old and a New jersy guy and current oc at SHSU is about to be announced as the new OC of Ole Miss.....He runs 26 plays and runs variations of Air-Raid Fundamentals.....But In Phil Longa Offense the Receivers Are asked to learn as much as the QB...So instead of the QB reading the defenses and breaking coverages down its more simple for the QB and the Receivers are asked to read the Lb's and Safeties as well and more react....WR are to be trusted more of attacking the space the creating open seams and letting the QB hit the space and trusting each other....Should be announced within the next 48 hours or sooner......#The World Is Ours Memphis.....

Ole Miss is hiring Phil Longa as OC and Wes McGriff as DC announcements coming soon...Stay Tuned....Chip Long isn't going no where anytime soon....#The World Is Ours Memphis....
