I feel like I just entered a third world country. I have stayed on the side lines of this fight because it didn't concern me. The threads were becoming annoying and frankly I could care less. But just sweeping the problem under the rug, acting as though it never happened and making it disappear, is damn dumb and wrong.

I agree. The entertainment value alone was worth wading thru the crap.

Not to mention amongst by best work ever. I went from thinking I'd be nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize, or at minimum mt.org post of the year, to wondering if I ever made the post or if it was the peote.

Yeah, peyote. I closed my eyes and pictured Tommy Chong saying peyote and the spelling just didn't come to me.
