Boy - Renewing Football Tickets - GEEEZ
The Athletic office sure can make a die hard Tiger fan crawl in their skin.

First - I tried to renew my tickets online....total fubar so I had to call in person knowing I was about to have a bad experience.

Second - I needed to change my allotment this year so because I wasnt ordering the EXACT number of tickets I was told "No Media Guide or Bowl Game Print" included. Even though I'm ready to give them a credit card 90 days early.

Of course I went ahead and gave the credit card number and bought the tickets but the goodwill over there is still in need of a makeover.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!! I would really like a freaking .89 cent bowl print but I couldnt follow their process to a tee. GEEEZ 01-wingedeagle

It would be nice if you would support basketball as much as you do football. There are a lot of empty seats in that upper level with your name on them.
